What are the requirements to start a franchise?
There are only two requirements. Retail space with around 2500-3000 sqft and an initial investment of Rs. 60-80 Lakhs. We prefer an owned property, in case you are renting out we recommend a rent slab of Rs. 50-80/sqft. Truww will design and execute the experience center.
What kind of returns can I expect?
With a Truww Franchise you breakeven within two years and make a ROI of 550% in 5 years.
What would be the operating model?
Under the Franchise-Owned Company-Operated (FOCO) model, Franchisee will do the capital investment but the day-to-day operations will be handled by Truww. Apart from the CAPEX, the franchisee will be responsible for bearing the costs associated with running the franchise, such as rent, electricity bills, cafeteria, housekeeping, municipal taxes, and other expenses, But, salary expenses related to the sales and design team will be borne by Truww, which is a major part of the operational expenses.
Will I have to invest in stock and warehouse?
As Truww is responsible for the complete execution of projects, there is no such requirement for franchisees to invest in stock and warehouses. All dispatches are carried out through Truww's centralized warehouses. Your investment will only be towards the display units, branding and meeting rooms in the experience center.
