Every few months we run a Design Hackathon where teams work on creative ideas that are really path breaking. We have also implemented some of these in our projects.
As a senior interior designer for our company, I have had the privilege of working on some of the most exciting and challenging projects in the industry. Over a year, I have seen our team grow and evolve into a creative force to be reckoned with.

What do we look for in a designer?
Someone who is confident, has a sense of design, great communication and project management skills. And lastly a pleasing personality.
What would be the growth path like?
We have 4 levels:
- Junior Interior Designer: Works along side a Senior Interior Designer on their projects.
- Senior Interior Designer/ Interior Designer: Works on their own projects.
- Senior Interior Designer/ Interior Designer: Works on their own projects with the support of a junior interior designer.
- Team Lead - Design: Works on their own projects with the help of junior interior designers and also leads a team of senior interior designers.
What would be required from me to grow?
Growth will be based on your performance and skills to manage a team.
How much can I earn?
You can expect to make anywhere from 50k-1.2L depending on the total value of projects you work upon. We provide a mix of fixed and incentive component.
What would be my working days?
You will be working through Tue-Sun from one of our experience centers. Mondays are a week-off and Tuesdays are WFH. Apart from these you can take upto 2 WFH in a month.
